We you come to a drop-in session the caseworker will assess your eligibility for legal aid. The caseworker will need you to provide some evidence of your income. If you don’t qualify for legal aid we can still provide you with at least some initial advice. Please refer to our leaflet about drop-in advice sessions which tells you about this.
