HomeHomeGeneral FAQ's
My situation is an emergency and I don't have any evidence of my income to show I qualify fo legal aid. Can you still help me?

Answer

With both immigration and housing matters, if you have a deadline or date which will be before the next drop-in session, you can ring to see if we can help you before then. This is only for emergency situations, and if there is a drop-in session before the date or deadline, then you should attend the drop-in. A date or deadline could include an eviction date, a court date, a Home Office interview date, and other similar things.
